The Team:
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Team within Technology is looking for a Senior Analyst to provide analytical support to the Digital Solutions division. The Senior Analyst will play a key role in the monthly financial close, forecasting, reporting, and assisting with both accounting and operational functions.

As a Senior Analyst, you will be tasked with collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective financial management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate financial management processes
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and organizational policies
  • Review accounting entries and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Conduct variance analysis and monitor performance against targets
  • Identify potential issues and risks, proposing actionable solutions
  • Assist in the deployment of new technologies aimed at enhancing processes
  • Work alongside different teams to drive efficiencies
  • Prepare annual budgets

Qualifications:
Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years in accounting and financial analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
  • Familiarity with Alteryx is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools
