Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to apply your knowledge and contribute to the Forwarding Freight operations of a global leader in logistics? Look no further DHL is seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and drive growth in our Forwarding Freight Division.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing, and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of Sales Representatives.


Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.

· Identify new sales opportunities and target markets to expand the customer base.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.

· Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.

· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Basic Requirements:

· 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager in the Forwarding Freight Industry (Ocean & Air freight), with a track record of achieving sales targets and leading a successful sales team.

· Proficient in English Written and Verbal (B2)

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

Soft Skills:

· Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

· Strong knowledge of the Forwarding Freight Industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

· Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality sales performance.
