Research civil rights topics and develop effective training materials.
Collect and consolidate content from stakeholders for updates to recurring awareness courses.
Monitor and analyze industry trends, threats, standards, incidents, policies and regulatory requirements for incorporation into training content.
Conduct user surveys and holds stakeholder discussions to gather feedback and input about training and awareness needs.
Maintain online catalog of available web-based and in-person civil rights training.
Work with management to develop draft annual budgets and justifications for training efforts, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities.

Oversee contracting processes and technical work of contract staff working on programs, resources, and programmatic efforts, as well as implement logistics coordination and support associated with programmatic efforts.

Develop projects, recommend solutions to problems, suggest different approaches to achieve desired aims, discuss points of known differences from the originating source, prepare briefing material and conduct briefings.

Maintain currency with federal civil rights-related statutes, regulations, executive orders, and proposed legislation, as well as initiatives related to civil rights functions and systems.

Provide expertise, advice and coordination on regulatory and policy developments, changes in the practices and processes of civil rights management and trends affecting industry programs.

Develop new approaches, methods or techniques for different occasions and different audiences, including people with disabilities or limited English proficiency.

Knowledge of civil rights practice areas, including disability rights, language access, discrimination on the basis of protected classes and regulations relating to faith-based organizations.
