Job Summary

Dynamis, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Training Producer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the Office of Acquisition Workforce (OAW) in developing and maintaining the cross-component, DHS-wide acquisition workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Execution
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual events, including Virtual Instructor-Led Trainings (vILTs) and Learning Cafés, using Adobe Connect and other virtual event platforms.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of the acquisition workforce.
  • Technical Support
    • Provide high-quality technical support for virtual events, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in real-time.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, presenter best practices, and technical guidance for the virtual platform.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including learning event sponsors, presenters, and participants, to ensure successful event execution.
    • Collaborate with the Graphics Design/Marketing Support contractor to create written technical guidance for the virtual platform.
  • Analysis and Reporting
    • Retrieve and analyze data from Adobe Connect to inform event planning and execution.
    • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders to improve event effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in event planning, technical support, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills
    • Highly proficient in Adobe Connect, Zoom, and MS Teams Live.
    • Proficient in using SharePoint, MS Outlook, and MS Office applications.
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
