Job Overview

This role demands proficiency in developing educational materials, including graphics, videos, training programs, and documentation. The ideal candidate will have the capability to swiftly grasp new applications and processes to produce content tailored to various user roles. Collaboration with the Change Management team and other stakeholders is essential to design and deliver training sessions that enhance employee comprehension and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain in-depth knowledge in specific functional domains to facilitate effective communication and training.
  • Assist in crafting training schedules and managing ongoing technology training initiatives based on organizational requirements.
  • Evaluate new training solutions with vendors and oversee vendor partnerships.
  • Produce clear and impactful business process documentation and demonstrate system functionalities to diverse user groups.
  • Work alongside subject matter experts to create strategic communications and training resources.
  • Develop quick reference guides, job aids, and additional training materials as necessary.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and promote positive responses to organizational changes.
  • Conduct assessments through interviews, surveys, and focus groups to identify needs and align strategic initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Create system-based training content using tools such as Camtasia and Adobe Captivate.
  • Establish metrics to evaluate success over time in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with management and employees to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of organizational design, change management, and development principles.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in system-based content development within various applications and business processes.
  • Experience in organizational design, analysis, and facilitating employee engagement.
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication skills across all management levels.
  • Proven ability to build consensus among stakeholders and employees.
  • Capability to perform analysis and create relevant process documentation.
  • Experience in developing training curricula and materials using multimedia tools such as Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with medium to large-scale organizational change management initiatives.
