Position Summary:
The Training Expert will exhibit proven proficiency in conducting training for a large-scale ERP rollout for a public sector organization. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing, deploying, and sustaining SAP end-user training materials while overseeing an SAP end-user training environment.
  • Creating documentation standards and development methodologies utilizing government-provided tools and templates.
  • Designing and producing SAP data to facilitate end-user exercises and demonstrations across all module areas.
  • Maintaining training environments, including supporting train-the-trainer and end-user training sessions with substantial participant numbers.
  • Ensuring that the training curriculum complies with Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Navy (DON) regulations.

Requirements:

  • US Citizenship is mandatory.
  • SAP Experience is required.
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum Years of Experience: Seven (7) years of relevant experience, including at least three (3) years in Federal Financial Management or logistics, and a minimum of three (3) years in DoD ERP.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
