Territory Sales and Training Specialist

Company Overview: This position is situated within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Primary Objective: The Territory Sales and Training Specialist is tasked with developing and implementing sales and educational strategies within a designated area, with a focus on key retail partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets in the designated area through effective planning and execution of outreach initiatives.
  • Manage budgets for freelance support and travel to optimize resources in the assigned region.
  • Deliver in-store training sessions at key retail locations.
  • Organize and execute promotional events that align with brand objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with retail management and staff.
  • Facilitate training sessions for new product introductions and essential product lines.
  • Ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards and proper product display.
  • Maintain regular communication with the field team to identify further training and support needs.
  • Develop tailored in-store training strategies to enhance employee engagement and sales performance.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in the beauty sector is essential.
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Experience within retail environments is advantageous.
  • Proactive approach to client engagement and brand promotion is necessary.
  • Ability to inspire and collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel extensively within the designated area.
  • This role necessitates significant travel and driving.
  • Capability to work independently without the need for a home office setup.
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, and moving for a minimum of 4-6 hours daily.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 USD.
