Job Summary:

Crowe is seeking a highly skilled Unclaimed Property Consultant to join its Kodiak Solutions team. As a Unclaimed Property Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions to complex business issues facing the healthcare industry. You will work closely with clients to provide expert advice on unclaimed property compliance, risk assessments, and asset recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead unclaimed property annual compliance projects, including data requests, exemption analysis, due diligence management, and state report production.
  • Develop and present client deliverables and engagement results.
  • Contribute to a positive team attitude, working closely with peers and junior resources.
  • Develop relationships with clients to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively carry out assigned project duties, including administration of client engagements, and understanding client's business and expectations.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications:

  • Prior consulting or data analysis experience preferred.
  • High quality verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be a self-motivated individual that possesses excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable adapting to varied client situations and client needs with minimum confusion or loss of productivity.
  • Consistently produce high-quality, professional deliverables on schedule and budget.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
  • BA/BS with a concentration in accounting, finance, engineering, or information systems (or similar degrees).
