We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead transformative enhancements to our support mechanisms and sales enablement processes, working closely with our Salesforce Platform team. This role is critical for improving our sales team's effectiveness and enhancing our overall customer experience to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Leadership: Own and enhance the tools and processes used by our sales and support teams. Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of significant product initiatives in sales and support enablement.
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with the Salesforce Platform Team to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology integration. Prioritize projects to align with strategic business goals and maximize impact on user efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between product management and the sales and support teams. Ensure all initiatives are communicated effectively and garner support from executive and frontline stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate and lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance productivity and performance across the company. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Deeply understand the challenges and needs of our sales teams, support staff and customers. Integrate customer feedback and analytics into product development to refine tools and processes continuously.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Implement a KPI-driven approach. Define and track metrics that gauge the efficacy of tools and processes, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on Salesforce, CRM platforms, sales enablement, or customer support technologies.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms, demonstrating a track record of successful enhancements and integrations.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and projects from inception through to successful execution.
  • Robust analytical skills, with a proficiency in leveraging data to inform decision-making and influence product direction.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating diverse teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for users and customers.
  • Must be a US Citizen or GC holder (ITAR compliance).
