Drive Sales Growth for Bridge Product Portfolio

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth for the Bridge product portfolio. This includes meeting revenue targets, fostering relationships with users, contractors, and design firms, and promoting product knowledge and acceptance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet revenue targets for the Bridge product portfolio
  • Foster relationships with users, contractors, and design firms
  • Promote product knowledge and acceptance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth
  • Provide accurate market intelligence and forecasts
  • Develop a sales rep organization in the assigned area
  • Maintain skills in motivating, training, time management, negotiation, and more
  • Attend sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows
  • Focus on forecasting, price management, and competitive analysis
  • Lead proposal process and contract negotiations
  • Manage Rep relationships and performance
  • Evaluate training needs and coordinate internal resources
  • Evaluate Rep commission structure quarterly
  • Complete quarterly territory and account plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in a sales management position with increasing levels of account and regional/territory management responsibilities
  • Experience managing rep firms and executing account strategies
  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically
  • Ten years of sales management experience
