Job Description

We are looking for a Supply Chain Inventory Analyst to join our team. As a part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring inventory accuracy of raw materials required for production. Your primary responsibilities will include working closely with various teams to monitor material movement and usage, performing inventory verification, and collaborating with vendors to procure necessary items for the plant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate reporting of material movement and usage.
  • Perform inventory verification, even on weekends and holidays.
  • Collaborate with Master Data to maintain proper BOM & Material Master setups.
  • Verify production confirmations and monitor Process Orders in SAP.
  • Assist in root cause analysis of inventory inaccuracies.
  • Manage purchasing and inventory levels of office supplies.
  • Perform daily delivery of small parcels.
  • Support Production Planning by serving as a backup resource.
  • Comply with quality, food safety, and security standards.
  • Perform other Supply Chain duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Some college or technical certificate preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years job related experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent math, logical/analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based software applications and SAP.

Salary & Benefits:
