Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this position, you will take charge of comprehensive inventory management, overseeing the entire process from purchase requisition to customer invoicing. Each day, you will assist internal customer service inquiries. You will demonstrate your expertise by establishing inventory parameters and targets, ensuring timely replenishment through purchase orders. This role is on-site and offers relocation assistance. You will primarily be responsible for:
• Developing inventory strategies based on defined segmentation.
• Calculating and maintaining inventory metrics, including safety stock, reorder points, lot sizes, lead times, and replenishment strategies within planning systems and ERPs.
• Coordinating material planning with call-offs to ensure that purchase requisitions are efficiently transformed into purchase orders in collaboration with operations buyers and services.
• Partnering with buyers to optimize supplier performance in terms of on-time delivery, minimum order quantities, quality, lead times, and flexibility.

Qualifications for the role
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in Planning & Fulfillment or Purchasing.
  • Experience with SAP is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, is required.
