Role Overview

The International Billing Coordinator is responsible for issuing invoices with a high degree of accuracy in a timely manner - collaborating with Operations and Account Management to ensure proper billing. Duties also include managing Permanent Storage files by accruing expense and revenue on a quarterly basis. The International Billing Coordinator should have a strong eye for detail and be comfortable working with little supervision to meet tight deadlines.

What You'll Be Doing

Create invoices for Corporate, Consumer, and Permanent Storage business

  • Complete the setup of the billing packet (Assemble required supporting documents, spreadsheets, etc.) for each invoice as needed, depending on the account/ contractual requirements and ensure each invoice is set up to email or print & mail correctly per payee guidelines.
  • Complete miscellaneous invoicing as needed.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for key accounts/ customers as needed.
  • Set up expense and Revenue and generate billing for permanent storage files.

Adjustments

  • Process change registrations and generate corrected billing packets.
  • Assist and resolve disputed invoices and expense & revenue exceptions.

Document Tracing

  • Trace and secure move documents, required for billing packets.

Problem solving, customer service, special projects

  • Problem solving: Resolve billing issues and support the International agent network.
  • Customer Service: Interact with Agents, Customers, Accounts, Coordinators, Collections, Cash Apps, Accounts Receivable, etc. daily.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Past billing experience or general accounting experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently
