As part of the Testing department you will be spending most of your days independently while keeping in consistent communication with the rest of the team digitally.

Company vehicle, gas card, and phone provided upon becoming a qualified technician. Benefits offered include health, dental, and retirement packages. One week paid time off after 90 days. Radon specific training will be provided.


The Measurement Specialist may be required to get certified with the National Environmental Health Association and it's associated National Radon Proficiency Program (NEHA-NRPP).

The certification cost is covered as part of the job benefits.

Position Expectations:

  • The Measurement Specialist is responsible for setting and picking up all scheduled tests for radon testing the company does, as well as producing final data reports for clients.
  • This position is responsible for scheduling test deployments and retrievals, as the need arises.
  • Specialist is required to provide written reports to clients in a timely manner, candidate must be able to self-manage and have good time-management skills.
  • Candidate must be able to work independently with little oversight, and have the ability to communicate verbally with clients on the phone, in-person, and by e-mail.
  • This position requires driving as an essential function, and the driving area includes all of Oregon and parts of Washington, drive times do have the potential to be several hours. A company vehicle will be provided.
  • The job is typically Monday through Friday although occasional weekends may be available.
  • The job requires a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • The Specialist is expected to look presentable and wear clean and neat attire as they are often the first company contact with clients.
$17 - $19 per hour to start.
