Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and manage mixing machinery to prepare essential raw materials for production.
  • Adhere to established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols throughout the mixing operations.
  • Accurately measure and weigh ingredients for each production batch.
  • Monitor critical mixing parameters, including temperature, speed, and duration, to guarantee consistent product quality.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on mixed products to confirm they meet required specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of mixing equipment and workspaces in line with sanitation standards.
  • Document and log batch details, including ingredient quantities and batch identifiers.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience as a mixer operator or in a related manufacturing role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with good manufacturing practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ability to interpret and follow recipes, work instructions, and batch records.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on precise measurements.
  • Basic math and computer skills for effective batch information recording.
  • Capability to lift and handle heavy materials up to 50 pounds.
