Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance SEM performance metrics including CAC, new customer acquisition, revenue, and contribution profit.
  • Experiment with innovative tactics and strategies to drive growth and efficiency.

  • Increase FCP Euro's market share in targeted regions while improving efficiency.
  • Manage account structures and identify opportunities to leverage performance signals effectively.
  • Develop and implement market keyword strategies across SEM.
  • Produce and refine performance reports across search channels, aligning execution with strategic goals.
  • Foster cross-functional relationships to synchronize marketing efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Provide strategic insights into the evolving consumer search landscape, identifying risks, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior SEM roles within the eCommerce sector, managing substantial budgets.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving high levels of search revenue, traffic, and new customer acquisition.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong technical marketing expertise, encompassing SEM, SEO, marketing analytics, and data infrastructure.
  • Experience with large-scale SEM management tools (e.g., SA360, Google Ads Editor, Marin, Kenshoo).
  • Familiarity with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar programming languages.
  • Experience in the automotive sector or other highly technical retail industries is highly desirable.
Compensation

This is a salaried position with a competitive base salary range of $85,000 - $115,000, commensurate with experience, and total compensation potential of $92,500 to $125,000 annually.
