  • Communicate any production delays or supply risks effectively within the organization.
  • Deliver detailed service reporting, root cause analysis, and actionable insights to meet service objectives.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline processes.
Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in supply and inventory planning within a high SKU count environment, with at least 1 year of experience using an MRP or Inventory Planning System.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities to develop inventory models supporting a complex supply network.
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
  • Capacity to manage change effectively in response to fluctuating demands and decision-influencing factors.
  • Proficient in sourcing and analyzing data to make informed decisions.

  • 401k plan with company contributions and matching.
  • Discounted rates on our catalog of European car parts.
Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 - $90,000, based on experience, with total compensation potential of $80,000 to $100,000 annually.
