As a Public Utilities Specialist (Settlements Product Owner), you will:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all functional enhancement to the systems requested by users and contractor/vendors.

Act as System Administrator for EIM Settlements (EIM-S) applications by defining, implementing, and configuring processes for management of application user roles and/or access certificates.

Develop Statements of Work as necessary to commit the vendor to accomplishing necessary deliverables for requested enhancements within schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Lead within-year release and major enhancement planning, scheduling, and testing with system vendor, BPA contracting office, BPA functional groups (billing, outage, etc), and BPA IT.

Work with BPA's Contracting Office and Contractor/Vendor on all EIM Settlements vendor/contractor activities related within year releases, and major enhancements needed to maintain and keep current with BPA rate and billing policies, tariffs, and CAISO business practices.

Ensure the requirements of the end users and stakeholders are understood by IT and/or the contractor/vendor.
Responsible for quality assurance and control of internal and vendor software releases.

Establish methodology for identification, coordination, communication, documentation, and resolution of all software bugs/issues with both the Contractor/Vendor and BPA support staff and end users.

Determine scope of work of special request.
Prepare a work plan to estimate timeline and tasks necessary to complete the special request.
