Job Description

Provides coordination of academic and faculty programming and performs a variety of high level duties for Vice Provost for Academic Affairs & Dean of interdisciplinary Studies, including special events, projects, acts as a backup for the Vice Provost schedule . Serves as the first point of contact for the Vice Provost for Academic Affairs & Dean of interdisciplinary Studies. Oversees special projects and events held by the Vice Provost and Dean.

Effective time management and organizational skills, maintaining a high quality of work against pressing deadlines and producing accurate, detail-focused, professional output. Demonstrated skills in document development and proofreading for errors in content and clarity of message. Demonstrated ability to manage events with extensive attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal direct supervision.
