Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements in alignment with industry standards.
- Oversee the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage and direct the financial accounting, budgeting, and reporting functions across multiple locations.
- Provide strategic guidance and support for major financial initiatives and special projects.
- Ensure effective internal controls and compliance with financial regulations.
Functional Duties:
- Supervise and mentor finance staff, fostering a culture of professional development and teamwork.
- Establish short- and long-term financial goals to ensure the sustainability of operations.
