Job Summary

The Product Specialist will support Offering Managers and the Sr. Director for Liquid Offerings, This role will also include a global scope. The Offering Specialist will work across the organization with key customers, sales teams, regional stake holders, and work with cross functional teams to execute on roadmaps through the New Product Development Stage Gate process. This role will focus on executing later stage gates in the Product Development Process such as the launch phases and maintaining existing offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Research market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Ensure all customer facing documentation and marketing collateral is available and accurate.
  • Provide offering information to Customers, Sales, Customer Service and Application Engineering.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Develop and track metrics to measure post-launch sales performance of new offerings.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to develop marketing programs for demand generation.
  • Create sales facing order configuration forms.
  • Mine data to help with product forecasting
  • Assist in championing resolution of offering issues (i.e. delivery, quality, inventory)
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Interest in Liquid Cooling for the data center (preferred)
  • Time and priority management skills and a drive to see projects to completion
  • Detail oriented to provide accurate specifications and launch materials
  • Effectively communicates technical information and complex ideas.
  • Experience working with customers and field sales teams preferred
  • Strong written/oral communication, especially in communicating customer needs.
  • General interest of sales, marketing, operations, and financial disciplines preferred
