Compensation: $18 per hour plus mileage reimbursement. Typical working hours range from 5 to 6 days a week, between 6 AM and 6 PM. You will collaborate with your supervisor weekly to establish your schedule.
As a Retail Product Specialist, your role will involve traveling to various retail locations using your personal vehicle. You will be responsible for retrieving merchandise from storage areas and ensuring that products are presented in an appealing and fresh manner for customers.
The work schedule is flexible and will be dictated by customer needs, which may include weekends and holidays, and will be performed in all weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Traveling to designated locations in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided during work hours).
- Checking in and out with the on-duty supervisor.
- Merchandising products from storage to the sales floor, ensuring display units and shelves are stocked.
- Rotating stock and removing any defective or expired items.
- Organizing shelves and displays, breaking down boxes, and disposing of waste.
- Assisting in the setup and takedown of promotional materials, including signs and displays.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work the hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
- Willingness to work overtime and outside of a traditional Monday-Friday schedule.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required - steel-toed boots must be worn.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and proof of insurance is required.
- Physical ability to climb, push, pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Compensation Details: $18.00 per hour.

These offerings allow employees to select coverage that best fits their individual needs.
Additionally, associates may qualify for paid leave, including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave mandated by federal, state, or local laws, as well as holiday pay where applicable.
