Job Summary:

Toyota Material Handling is seeking a highly skilled Production Control Specialist to join our team in the Program Management Office. This role will be responsible for creating and implementing standard processes in the daily management of production support, making process decisions, and managing projects that implement new systems, processes, or system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new tools for scheduling groups to automate processes and improve efficiency.
  • Visualize data to measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) more effectively and create new Power BI boards to track progress.
  • Help create standard templates for model launch activities and implement paper reduction initiatives.
  • Evaluate and improve resourcing activities, including AS400 improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with production planning systems, MRP, Kanban, and Just-In-Time inventory techniques is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt easily to change and work in a fast-paced environment, acting with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
