Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
  • Execute tasks in a safe and efficient manner
  • Analyze the production schedule and related documentation to identify the products to be processed on specific machinery
  • Prepare machinery for changeovers
  • Configure the equipment as necessary and confirm the precision of the setup prior to initiating production
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the equipment
  • Engage in initiatives for production enhancement
  • Carry out additional related tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in machine operation, with a preference for printing and/or maintenance backgrounds
  • Familiarity with screen printing and spray printing is advantageous
  • Knowledge of ink mixing is preferred
  • Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and maintain accuracy in a dynamic work environment
  • Demonstrate strong reliability and dependability
  • Possess excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to contribute to production improvement efforts and team initiatives
