Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
- Execute tasks in a safe and efficient manner
- Analyze the production schedule and related documentation to identify the products to be processed on specific machinery
- Prepare machinery for changeovers
- Configure the equipment as necessary and confirm the precision of the setup prior to initiating production
- Conduct quality assurance inspections
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the equipment
- Engage in initiatives for production enhancement
- Carry out additional related tasks as required
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in machine operation, with a preference for printing and/or maintenance backgrounds
- Familiarity with screen printing and spray printing is advantageous
- Knowledge of ink mixing is preferred
- Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and maintain accuracy in a dynamic work environment
- Demonstrate strong reliability and dependability
- Possess excellent communication abilities
- Ability to contribute to production improvement efforts and team initiatives

Pay: $22.50 per hour
