Essential Function

Responsible for the creation and movement of products between various corporate systemsImproves product workflow and implements process efficienciesWorks with coordinators, buying offices and vendors to resolve escalated issuesReviews and analyzes related statistics and provide feedback to the organizationInteracts with Taxonomy, Digital Merchandising, Drop Ship Team, DMMs, and buying offices to share best practices and improve processesWorks with eComm team to develop product content and related attribute guidelines. Ensure consistency so all products within the same category have the same attributes across systemsProvide support and advice relating to metadata and use of that data in systemsOversee the development of metadata standards and schema, and controlled vocabularies that provide access to product and media assetsWork closely with eCommerce and IT to achieve optimal use of data in all channels and provide continued systems improvementsExpected to perform tasks in Salsify,Understand core eCommerce KPIs and utilize site analytics to improve merchandising standards and processesUtilize Salsify, Constructor and web analytics to identify product search and browser related opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, conversion rate and salesManage ongoing rule-based merchandising and day to day tuning of search and browse product listing results using Certona tools and in partnership with other business partnersUnderstand category and product level behaviors in order to improve relevancy of search results and merchandise effectivelyOptimize onsite search on product listing pagesProvide weekly actionable reports and insights to opportunities for all categories and various cross functional groupsDevelop custom reports and in-depth analysis to measure task performance, category optimizations and promotional activityOversee team who will communicate with stakeholders on product data, compliance and taxonomy standardsGuide team with class mapping, data standards and conduct trainingRequired for All Jobs
