  • Experience in strategic sourcing with over 20 category projects
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of leading impactful projects in procurement
  • Critical thinking skills with strong analytical capabilities
  • Experience in developing relationships with executive stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, including budget oversight and team staffing
  • Ability to manage and develop high-performing consulting teams
  • Leadership skills to mentor junior team members
  • Integrity and passion for supply chain consulting
  • Experience in business development and market engagement
  • Knowledge of current procurement and supply chain trends
  • Flexibility to travel as needed based on project requirements

Preferred Skills:

  • Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Consulting experience with a top-tier firm
  • Experience in enhancing company branding through approved content
