  • Execute various EDI-based transactions, including customer onboarding and logistical interactions.
  • Collaborate with data services and operations teams to propose solutions that minimize integration data errors.
  • Work alongside IT and Business Intelligence teams to establish effective monitoring and reporting processes to uphold integration and data quality SLAs.
  • Address and resolve integration issues promptly.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in integration technologies.
  • Represent the company in external discussions during customer onboarding and third-party integration projects.
  • Design and implement various B2B solutions across multiple channels.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Expertise in various file formats, including EDI X12, JSON, and XML.
  • A minimum of 3 years of technical EDI development experience, including onboarding, mapping, and testing in a direct-connected environment.
  • At least 2 years of business analysis experience in API web services and web application integrations.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with Azure Web/App Services, including configuration and integration.

Additional Skills and Experience:
