Account Executive, Membership Sales

- Sells a full menu of Washington Spirit product offering, with a focus on new full season & partial season memberships, via outbound call campaigns to qualified B2C leads.
- Meets or exceeds established sales effort and revenue goals, while exceeding client expectations in value and service.
- Host prospects for stadium tours, meetings, and appointments
- Proactively identify new leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting
- Handle incoming sales calls from prospective clients for all ticketing inquiries.
- Ensure customer data and profile requirements are accurately and completely detailed for defined accounts in CRM system.
- Generate new leads at sales tables during home games and other community events.
- Participate in various sales, team and community events as assigned.
- All other responsibilities as required.
A. Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Sports Management, Marketing or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 8 months' sales experience, preferably in sports/entertainment, required.
- Experience with Archtics & Ticketmaster ticket systems preferred.
- Highly proactive, goal oriented and motivated with a positive attitude.
- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for providing great customer service.
- Coordinate changing priorities in a dynamic, high pressure, fast paced environment.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and creatively solve day-to-day challenges.
- Extremely organized with a high attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic – must be a team player with a "get the job done" attitude.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including but not limited to evenings, weekends and holidays.
