Key Responsibilities- Meet or exceed individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service targets by strategically planning and executing outreach efforts, generating leads, and securing member referrals.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all club services, programs, and products to effectively communicate their value to prospective and current members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members to drive referrals and retention.
- Host events and workshops to generate leads and promote club services.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team, General Manager, and Regional Sales Manager to achieve sales goals and support the club's overall objectives.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a fitness or wellness environment.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on building rapport and relationships.
- Personal passion for health and fitness, with a desire to inspire and motivate others.
