    • Develop plan for increasing existing business and total group sales in the restaurants.
    • Increase revenue by upselling services/facilities during group contract negotiations.
    • Ensures that the necessary venue space is reserved.
    • Coordinates large party menus with host of the groups/meeting planners including collaborating with the Restaurant management team.
    • Creates Restaurant Event Orders using the current planning software.
    • Maintains complete and in-depth files on all future and past groups and private parties as directed by department standards.
    • Manages the delivery and measurement of guest's service within assigned departments consistent with the company's service standards.
    • Manages all aspects of group bookings, corporate meetings, and other assigned events on behalf of all food and beverage venues.
    • Supervises and manages the group event, greeting the guests and ensuring everything meets the guest's expectation.
    • Follows up with group host/ meeting planner to ensure the event went well.
    • Promotes and maintains the highest level of customer service to all guests while staying alert to their needs.
    • Resolves guest's complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
    • Be available to work in F&B outlets when needed.
    • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
