As a Catering Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in our sales department, contributing to our success through your expertise and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various outreach methods, including telemarketing, site visits, and cold outreach.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve or surpass revenue targets.
- Conduct comprehensive tours of our hotel and banquet facilities to showcase our offerings.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Participate in promotional events and sales initiatives to drive business growth.
- Assist with the setup of banquets and other event-related activities.
- Complete necessary reports and administrative tasks as required.
- A Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or hospitality management, or 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in hotel sales management.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Experience in catering and banquet sales is preferred.
- A motivating personality that inspires others to achieve excellence.
