Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Support:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns to promote Lipscomb Academy's programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with the school's overall strategy.

Web Development & Insights:

  • Develop and maintain the school's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for performance.
  • Utilize web insights and analytics to improve site traffic and user engagement.
  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance search engine rankings.
  • Manage and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic.

Social Media Management:

  • Assist in managing and creating content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media trends and provide insights to enhance our social media presence.
  • Engage with the online community and respond to inquiries and comments promptly.

Content Production:

  • Generate creative ideas and produce engaging copy for various marketing materials, including newsletters, blog posts, and promotional content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with the school's goals and values.

Graphic Design:

  • Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website content.
  • Ensure all graphics adhere to the school's branding guidelines and are consistent with the overall marketing strategy.

Project Management:

  • Manage and oversee marketing projects for admissions and advancement, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Visionary & Positive Attitude:

  • Bring innovative ideas to the table and contribute to the school's long-term marketing vision.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with the marketing team and other departments.

Flexibility & Adaptability:

  • Be adaptable to changing priorities and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in responding to new opportunities and challenges as they arise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in web development, SEO, Google AdWords, and web analytics tools.
  • Experience with social media management and content production.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc).
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to take tasks to the finish line
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
