ABOUT YOU:
As a Marketing Onboarding Specialist, you will be instrumental in the onboarding process for new marketing clients, nurturing client relationships, crafting marketing strategies, and coordinating projects to achieve optimal results. This role demands exceptional communication abilities, strategic insight, and a solid understanding of marketing across various channels, alongside effective collaboration with internal teams and clients. You will also be crucial in establishing new methodologies for efficient client onboarding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client Onboarding: Facilitate the smooth integration of new marketing clients while building trust and strong connections.
- Process Development: Create and implement onboarding processes for clients.
- Client Objectives: Tailor effective marketing strategies to align with client business goals.
- Communication: Engage proactively with clients through various communication channels.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for select clients and transition others to specialists as required.
- Marketing Strategy: Provide expert advice across marketing channels, involving other specialists when necessary.
- Problem Solving: Identify challenges and opportunities within client projects, proposing innovative solutions.
- Budget Oversight: Assess and allocate marketing budgets for various channels.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a team of marketing professionals and industry experts to refine strategies.
- Client Education: Update clients on marketing best practices, industry trends, and the value of our offerings.
- Documentation: Maintain precise records of client interactions, project specifics, and campaign outcomes.
- Reporting: Generate reports and presentations to highlight results and recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles, ideally within a marketing agency or similar setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Capability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying informed on industry trends.
