Our client is a multinational manufacturing company with about 600 employees. They are looking for an HR Manager to help drive continued success and growth. This person will be based in the corporate office and must be on-site every day. The HR Manager reports into the VP of HR and will manage a team of six. This is a strategic and operational role and is a fantastic opportunity to manage a team of HR professionals.

Job Description

Lead a team of six HR professionalsPartner with leadership to develop strategic HR plans Analyze all current policies to ensure they're effectiveAnalyze current compensation strategyAdvise senior leadership on employee relations mattersOversee day to day HR responsibilities
