FFEx is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan, and build all new aseptic filling capacity across Novo Nordisk to serve the needs of millions of patients. Ensure Safety Systems (SS) function as designed, meet business needs & are in constant state of compliance with applicable regulations & codes.

Essential Functions

Responsible for operation & overall life cycle planning of Safety Systems (SS), including fire detection, fire suppression & emergency alarm systemsPlan & coordinate all testing, inspection & maintenance of SSManage improvements, upgrades & decommissioning of both LSS & badge access systemEnsure compliance with all regulations & regulatory authorities applicable to SSManage & negotiate vendor support contracts for SSAssist project manager as the SME regarding SS in project planningSupport project teams in design, installation & commissioning of SSResponsible for operation of badge access systemManage & support contract security vendor at the sitePlan, coordinate & execute emergency drills, capture learnings & ensure improvements to the process & LSS are implementedOther accountabilities, as assigned Physical Requirements May move equipment &/or supplies weighing up to 33 pounds within the facility using various body positions. May be required to be on your feet for up to a 12-hour shift. May required corrected vision to 20/20 or 20/25 based on role. May require color vision based on role. May require the ability to work in loud noise environments with hearing protections.
