As a Facility Operations Engineer at CBRE, you will play a crucial role in overseeing, maintaining, and enhancing the operational efficiency of building systems. Your expertise will cover various domains such as plumbing, electrical systems, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, and fire safety systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety directives.
- Implement and manage an energy efficiency program to optimize system performance.
- Assist in developing a preventive maintenance strategy to prolong the lifespan of building systems.
- Perform emergency repairs as required and maintain a safe working environment.
- Evaluate building systems including fire alarms and HVAC to ensure optimal operation.
- Utilize advanced knowledge to tackle complex tasks and provide innovative solutions.
- Mentor colleagues and share expertise across various disciplines.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Universal CFC certification is preferred.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting heavy objects.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
