Job Title: Maintenance Specialist - Engineered Systems

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Engineered Systems. As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and repair various crane and hoist systems, ensuring they operate smoothly and minimizing downtime. This critical role contributes to our commitment to operational efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular maintenance tasks on crane and hoist systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
  • Diagnose system issues, troubleshoot problems, and efficiently perform repairs to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
  • Conduct inspections, identify potential problems, and provide solutions to prevent failures and ensure system integrity.
  • Assist in overall system maintenance to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
  • Create and maintain maintenance and inspection logs and documentation to track system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments for effective communication and coordination to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Stay informed about industry advancements and participate in required training programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Specialist or in a related industrial role with a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including motors and voltage.
  • Knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures for maintenance and repairs, as well as the ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy parts when necessary, as well as relevant certifications or licenses may be required.
