Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at AXISCADES Inc. - North America Operations. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing heavy structures for our Small Wheel Loader (SWL) product line, focusing on new product introductions (NPIs) and continuous product improvement (CPI).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop heavy fabrications for the SWL product line, emphasizing NPIs and CPI.
  • Run analysis using Creo Simulate and release new parts through Teamcenter.
  • Support field, supplier, and assembly line issues, emphasizing teamwork and problem-solving.
  • Interact frequently with internal and external teams.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in heavy fabrications design.
  • Proficiency in Creo or equivalent CAD software.
  • Experience with Creo Simulate or equivalent analysis software.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CAT and/or Teamcenter.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
