Job Overview

The role of an Administrative Support Specialist is crucial in maintaining the smooth functioning of our organization, particularly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Performing essential clerical and administrative duties.
  • Engaging with our clients and responding to inquiries via phone, fax, and email.
  • Coordinating service appointments and installations.
  • Issuing payment reminders and managing office supply orders.
  • Providing personal assistance to senior management as required.

Successful candidates will exhibit excellent communication skills, a high degree of organization, and an ability to learn quickly.

Experience in service-oriented roles, particularly within the construction or fast-paced sectors, is essential.

Willingness to work overtime when necessary is expected.

This position is office-based and not available for remote work.
