Job Title: Service Project ManagerJob Description

We are in search of a dynamic Service Project Manager to lead and manage our team of 10 HVAC technicians. In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing technicians' work to ensure quality meets set standards, techniques and safety requirements. You'll be tasked with making recommendations to improve quality and productivity as well as collaborating with clients to deliver a positive, energetic and accurate level of service. You'll also be involved in setting 1:1 meetings with technicians to ensure proper evaluation. Monitoring the department's service vehicles to ensure they are in an acceptable condition and adequately stocked with parts and materials for efficient work will also be part of your duties. Your leadership will be vital during morning huddles with the techs.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Buffalo, New York.

Work Environment

This is an office-based job where you'll be working closely with a team of 10 techs. There will be a 1-week on-call rotation every 6-7 weeks, with light duties such as checking in with clients if there are any issues.
