Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to establish repeatable IT project work management processes utilizing Adobe Workfront.
  • Oversee the initial configuration of Adobe Workfront objects and use cases.
  • Act as the system Enablement Expert, being the most knowledgeable resource to drive change and adoption.
  • Manage Adobe Workfront administrative tasks across the organization, including onboarding, offboarding, and overall system access rights.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and workshops for Adobe Workfront to ensure seamless adoption by all users.
  • Consistently advocate for Workfront by providing insights and recommendations to team members on effective project management.
  • Stay updated on Adobe Workfront releases and updates, leveraging new features.
  • Address and resolve user inquiries related to Workfront.
  • Provide guidance to project managers and team members on best practices for work management using Adobe Workfront.
  • Serve as the Subject-Matter Expert for Adobe Workfront within Lactalis USA.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Adobe Workfront Certification is a plus, or a willingness to pursue.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience with demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Workfront.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to train users, and troubleshoot questions effectively.
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, and a passion for improving work management processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
