Key Responsibilities

The IT Project Analyst will collaborate closely with leadership to establish standardized project management processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing repeatable IT project management workflows in Adobe Workfront.
  • Overseeing the initial configuration of Adobe Workfront components and use cases.
  • Acting as the system Enablement Expert, driving change and user adoption.
  • Managing Adobe Workfront administrative functions across the organization, including user onboarding and access rights.
  • Creating and delivering training materials and workshops for Adobe Workfront to ensure seamless user adoption.
  • Championing Workfront by providing insights and recommendations to enhance project management practices.
  • Staying updated on Adobe Workfront releases and leveraging new features.
  • Resolving user inquiries related to Workfront.
  • Guiding project managers and team members on best practices for work management using Adobe Workfront.
  • Serving as the Subject-Matter Expert for Adobe Workfront within Lactalis USA.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Adobe Workfront Certification is advantageous, or a willingness to pursue it.
  • Experience in Project Management is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Nintex is a plus.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience with Adobe Workfront.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to train users and address inquiries effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to motivate and collaborate with others.

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Expertise in Adobe Workfront.
  • IT-related experience (Infrastructure, SAP, etc.) is beneficial.
