Customer Service Specialist

As a pivotal member of our team, the Quality Service Associate is responsible for managing and recovering overdue accounts. Our consultative approach ensures that we identify the most effective methods to assist clients in resolving their financial obligations amicably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with consumers to assess their financial circumstances and propose suitable solutions.
- Facilitate resolutions that empower consumers to settle their accounts voluntarily.
- Collect and maintain necessary documentation while ensuring consistent follow-up.
- Meet established performance metrics set by management.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, as measured by feedback and surveys.
- Effectively manage records to optimize communication efforts.
- Utilize skip-tracing techniques to locate and connect with consumers.
- Adhere to our Quality Management System and Code of Conduct.
Additional Duties:
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Education & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts.
- Fluency in conversational English with strong reading and writing skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen, persuade, and negotiate.
- Intermediate computer proficiency for documentation and software navigation.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness.
- U.S. Citizenship or lawful Permanent Resident status required.
Physical Requirements:
Employees must be able to perform essential functions of the job, which may include:
- Occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Remaining seated for extended periods.
- Engaging in verbal communication via phone throughout the work shift.
- Typing on a computer for the duration of the work shift.
