Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring that projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business needs and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage project budgets and financials, providing regular financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation to maximize project efficiency.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, including project team members, business leaders, and external partners.
  • Translate technical concepts into business terms for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Manage conflict and facilitate resolution among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Utilize project management tools and set up SharePoint sites for project documentation and collaboration.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear documentation of decisions and actions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a four-year college or university.
  • Three to five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in managing enterprise commerce packages in B2B and B2B2C environments.
  • A strong background in Agile methodologies and practices.
  • PMP or similar project management certification required.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification preferred.
