Role Responsibilities

The IT Project Management Leader will:
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop repeatable IT project management processes.
  • Implement effective project management policies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary expert in IT project work management, driving change and fostering adoption.
  • Oversee a team comprising a Senior IT Project Analyst and an IT Project Analyst.
  • Champion the use of project management tools, providing insights and recommendations to enhance project execution.
  • Mentor project managers and support staff within the IT organization.
  • Promote team excellence through training and adherence to best practices.
  • Align project management strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Ensure a commitment to a safe working environment that prioritizes employee health and well-being.
  • Be prepared for potential travel and flexible working hours as needed.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Significant experience in project management leadership.
  • PMP or similar certification is advantageous.

Experience Requirements

Qualified candidates will have:
  • 5-10 years of demonstrated experience in leading projects and participating in project teams, particularly in IT.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure and SAP ERP concepts is beneficial.
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A talent for motivating others and fostering collaboration.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills

Successful candidates will demonstrate:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Workfront.
  • Relevant IT experience, particularly in infrastructure and SAP.
