Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to establish repeatable IT Project Work Management processes using Adobe Workfront.
  • Implement effective IT Project Work Management policies to ensure consistent project outcomes.
  • Serve as the Enablement Expert for IT project work, driving change and adoption.
  • Oversee a team consisting of a Senior IT Project Analyst and an IT Project Analyst.
  • Champion Workfront by providing insights and recommendations to team members on effective project management.
  • Offer mentorship and guidance to project managers and support staff within the IT organization.
  • Promote team excellence through training and adherence to best practices.
  • Align project management strategies with overarching business objectives in collaboration with leadership.
  • Commit to maintaining a safe working environment that enhances the health and well-being of all employees, contributing to the overall success of the company.
  • Travel and/or extended hours may be necessary.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Project Management Leadership Experience preferred; PMP or similar certification is advantageous.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of demonstrated experience leading projects or participating in project teams, with a focus on IT Project Work being a plus. Familiarity with Infrastructure and SAP ERP concepts is beneficial. Experience with Adobe Workfront is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team-building abilities, excellent organizational and time management skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Proficiency in Adobe Workfront and IT-related experience (Infrastructure, SAP, etc.).
  • Abilities: A passion for Work Management, strong work ethic, initiative, and the desire to create and implement new processes.
