Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to establish repeatable IT Project Work Management processes utilizing Adobe Workfront.
- Implement effective IT Project Work Management policies to ensure consistent project outcomes.
- Serve as the Enablement Expert for IT project work, driving change and adoption across the organization.
- Oversee a team comprising a Senior IT Project Analyst and an IT Project Analyst.
- Actively promote Workfront, providing insights and recommendations to enhance project management practices.
- Offer mentorship and guidance to project managers and support staff within the IT organization.
- Drive team excellence through training and adherence to best practices.
- Align project management strategies with overarching business goals in collaboration with leadership.
- Ensure a commitment to a safe working environment that promotes employee health and well-being.
- Be prepared for potential travel and/or extended work hours as necessary.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Project Management Leadership Experience preferred; PMP or similar certification is advantageous.
- Experience: 5-10 years of demonstrated experience leading projects or participating in project teams, particularly in IT Project Work; familiarity with Infrastructure and SAP ERP concepts is beneficial; experience with Adobe Workfront is a plus.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team-building capabilities; excellent organizational and time management skills; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; capacity to motivate and collaborate effectively with others.
- Specialized Knowledge: Proficiency in Adobe Workfront and IT-related experience (Infrastructure, SAP, etc.).
