Join our Just Born Team as we embark on our next 100years as a major contributor in the confectionery industry As the Human Resources Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department. This will include managing HR documents, scheduling interviews, coordinating new associate onboarding, connecting with Just Born Associates, and working closely with the Human Resources team to create an engaging experience for the entire Just Born community. This role isa full-time in-office role in Bethlehem, PA.

Keyresponsibilitiesofthispositionare:

· Assist with the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new Just Born associates. Schedule interviews, engage with future talent, initiate pre-employment screenings, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience through the coordination of onboarding and new associate engagement initiatives.

· Create, maintain, post, and manage internal communications from Human Resources to the overall company.

· Organize and maintain personnel records and update internal HR databases. Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and new hire guides.

· Answer associate queries about HR-related issues. Handle inquiries with the utmost confidentiality.

· Provide administrative support in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, associate engagement activities, benefits, onboarding, offboarding and training.

· Manage Human Resources purchase orders.

Qualificationsforthispositionare:

· 5+ years of Administrative experience

· 5+ years of experience using MS office suite

· Excellent writer

· Outstanding organizational skills

· 2+ years of Human Resources experience preferred

· Excellent verbal, communication,andinterpersonalskills

· Strong attention to detail, problem solving and prioritization skills

· Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred

· Knowledge of HR practices preferred
