Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the pre-employment onboarding process for all new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Process reference verifications and track required documents from new employees to start.
- Provide onboarding updates to appropriate teams and ensure timely completion of new hire paperwork.
- Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement effective onboarding strategies and processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
