About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide critical support to our Branch Director and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Branch Director, including managing medical records, billing, scheduling, human resources, and payroll.
  • Assist with daily office operations, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a clinic, hospital, home health, hospice, or pediatrics office, preferably with medical records, scheduling, intake responsibilities, or customer service.
  • Advanced typing and computer skills.
  • Previous experience working with an EMR system is highly preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
